How to add my personal type of activity in G.Connect?

1. Dude! I just explane you obviously simple case. If you can't  and of course no need to include 8.000 sport types. You just need to open me option to add My Sport. For instance: you want to give a name to your newborn baby boy, but you have only 5 femail names to choose. And somebody who has a power give you very s" advise to name your boy "Jessica"  or "Monica" because he think this is best match for your baby boy. Of course you can tag him "Jack" but for official records he will be "Jessica". Will you agree? It's a good enough explanation for you?

I cannot do that. I can only give you available solutions. If you do not want to use any of the proposed workarounds, and do not care about finding a working solution, when you just want to complain, we are both losing time.

I am not complaining. I am giving you feedback. For you of course it looks like my complaints but I explained my poont of view and share my vision how to make little improvement to the app. Bad to read that Garmin Support don't want to do something. I am sad and disappointed to your point of view to the existing problem. I vote for Garmin by my money paid for your gear and I want you to respect me also. If you are a Garmin stuff person you must know that your salary come to you from my money. Be more respectful to the customers if you are wrighting from the name of Garmin company. I am not complaining, I am  trying to give you a chance to fix the bug in the app you have missed or didn't see. Instead of say me thanks for trying to improve your bug you wrote about my "complaining". I am disappointed.

You do not speak to Garmin, here. We are users of the community forum, just like you. If you want to speak to Garmin support, you have to contact the suport, not the community forum.

trux, would you know if the FR235 has this feature? If it does, I can't fine it.

I have also read (not here, but at CityStrides) that there are apps that will let me set a Walk activity directly on your watch, but am having troubling finding such an app.

Hm, I am sorry, I am not familiar with FR235, but when checking out the manual, I do not see it either. You better ask on the FR235 forum, where everyone is familiar with your device. However, since it is an older device, it is possible it indeed misses this feature.

Edit: Walk activity is available on most Garmin watches, even on many older models, but I do not see it mentioned in the FR235 manual either
