Undelete activity from Garmin Connect

I've searched the forum for the solution but all the answers seem to be dated.

I have a Forerunner 935. I accidentally deleted an activity from Garmin Connect and Strava.

I still see that activity on my Forerunner 935 under activities. I'm trying to upload the activity back to connect but failing.

I've tried going to History on the watch and syncing. I've also tried syncing on the app but both have failed.

Any help would be nice

Ha. Figured it out.

Connected watch to computer. Computer mounted. Found the file under /Garmin/ACTIVITY.

Uploaded on website.
