I still can not connect with the App. Which is what the issue is. The phone and the tracker are connected. Even on the app it shows connect, but will not sync properly. After going over a bunch of possible issues. They were able to determine that the problem. Which is where they gave me the solution for the interim.

And what does the Device Sync Audit tell after such unsuccessfull sync attempt? Could you post a screenshot? You can find it in the GC app's Menu » Settings » Device Sync Audit (at the bottom of the Settings menu)
Please go back to the Sync Audit, find the same page [628] with the help of the arrow buttons at the bottom, and if there are any other pages for the identical timestamp (Feb4. 2020 10:49 am), make a screenshot too. Often there are 2-3 pages for the same sync attempt, and each usually contain slightly different info
OK. Can you sync over the USB cable and Garmin Express? If so, sync the watch to clear any data waiting to sync, then disconnect, try syncing over BT, make a screenshot of the audit. Then start a dummy activity, stop and save it, and try syncing over BT again, making another screenshot of the Sync Audit. It would be interesting to see the difference between the audits with no data in the upload queue, and with upload data.
