Garmin Connect News Feed not showing my steps

The other day I noticed that my step progress is not showing on the news feed like it use to. I thought maybe something changed and your own steps weren't shown. I looked at my husband's connect app (we have the same model phone) and his news feed shows his own steps, but mine aren't in his either. The news feed shows my activities, but not my step progress. I didn't change settings. How do I fix this?

I have the same problem. And it started a couple of days ago.

Garmin can you please let us know what is wrong and how to fix it?

The news feed, in the steps tab, is designed to show the results of the top six connection on the leaderboard. So if you have more than six connections and are not among the first 6 persons with the highest number of steps, your steps will not appear on the news feed until you progress higher in the rank to reach the top 6.

Another possibility is that your steps were not synced from your watch to the Garmin Connect account. In that case you need to troubleshoot the syncing.

The thing is, I only have one connection so that really does not apply to my situation. My syncing is fine and my permissions are fine.... it just randomly stopped showing my steps in the news feed a week or so ago. I deleted and reinstalled the garmin connect app...still have the problem

So what does the News Feed show now? Just the steps of your single connection, or nothing at all? Are you sure to be looking at the Steps tab, and not the Activities tab instead? Do your steps show up correctly on the My Day screen?

All of a sudden, I couldn't synch my phone to the vivoki garmin.
