Garmin stopped syncing

My Garmin Vivosmart 4 has stopped syncing to my Samsung. I have been through the steps with an online consultant to unpair devices, and that worked for the day but every day since then I've had to do the same steps. Now it's not even syncing after doing this.

What were the steps that Garmin support had you perform? Did they have you check for updates? There was an update about a week ago.

Thanks. Yes, I did the update before contacting support. Then I went through the steps to unpair etc I also tried syncing from another my Samsung tablet, but the same problem is happening.

Here's another Vivosmart 4 user having similar issues and a resolution: Vivosmart 4 will not sync

If still no joy, I suggest doing a factory reset: Clearing User Data
