GarminPay Passcode

I've registered a card for the first time to the GarminPay of my Vivoactive3, all was fine.

At the first attempt of using it, Vivoactive3 asked me a Passcode.... fine, which Passcode?

I was never asked for defining one before.

Browsing the internet, seems like after the GarminPay option in the main menu of GarminConnect mobile, I should be offered a menu for managing the wallet, with some option for resetting the passcode or so, but I can see only the wallet itself with my card in, without any option for defining/modifying any passcode.

May you please help?

  • When you created the Garmin Pay wallet in Garmin Connect Mobile app on your phone, you assigned a passcode. This is the same passcode you have to enter on the VA3.

    You can change/reset the passcode in Garmin Connect Mobile by selecting your VA3, chosing Garmin Pay and change passcode.

    So sorry, you're perfectly right.

    I was using the GarminPay option in the main menu of the Garmin Connect app, but there is another one after selecting

    the VA3 device, and in this case the change passcode option is there.
