Live Tracking fails to send invitation email

My partner started live tracking. Inputed my email. We have connected profiles too. Live tracking says it is working on her Garmin,but I get no email notification. So I cannot track her. 

  • Doesn't matter if your profiles are connected or not. Is she getting an alert on her watch at the beginning of her activity? Should state "Live Track In Progress." Is the email address correct within Garmin Connect Mobile? Is your email account possibly flagging as spam anything from [email protected]? Here are my settings that work. I also set myself up as a recipient just to make sure the email is going out.

  • I’m having the same problem. Live track used to work faultlessly and now it’s just stopped sending the email link. I’ve checked all the setting and they are as they should be. Only thing that has changed is the 1030 firmeware has been updated and the app has had an update.

    the other thing that has started is the app won’t recognise the activity has finished even though the 1030 does.
