Training plans option disappeared from connect mobile app

I had a Vivoactive 3 first, on which I started a Garmin Coach 5K trainings plan. Then I had to return the watch because of issues with it. So I removed the watch from Mobile Connect app but then Garmin Coach trainings plans also disappeared completely.

Now the new watch arrived, a Forerunner 235, connected to the app, but still no Garmin training plan options appear on the Mobile Connect app. In menu Training there is no longer an option Traing plan etc.

Any idea's how to get this back so I can contibnue with the trainingplan on the new watch?

I'm using a training plan, but I've never seen it on the mobile app, only Garmin Connect Web. https://connect.garmin.com/modern/training-plan

I also use a training plan and it does appear on GC Mobile. I believe, though, that it gets there only once uploaded to the watch. To achieve that, try editing the training plan, just changing a minor detail, or pausing and restarting it, or rescheduling it. Then sync, preferably over the USB cable and Garmin Express (perhaps not necessary, but just to be sure). If it does not help, try closing the app (forcing to stop), and restarting.

Vivoactive 3 is compatible, Forerunner 235 not. So I guess that is the issue? Is your device on this list or not?

Yes, it is, of course. Garmin Instinct.

We had the same problem here. Uninstall and then reinstall solved the problem. Very strange bug/feature -:)

I don't think this is a bug. When you start a training plan it asks if you want to replace one of the items along the bottom of the screen with your training plan section. I chose to replace my challenges section. So now training plans is always available from the menu in the bottom of the app.
