How to edit shoes for 1 run without affecting shoe data for subsequent runs?

Forget to change the shoe option before 1 run I did in different shoes. on the web app i can edit it but it also changes the subsequent run. I can't change 1 without changing both. Ideas?

When you open the concerned activity, and change the gear there (click the blue round symbol just under the title), it won't affect any other activity
