Even after software update 4.00 (17bdab6) garmin 245 music is not getting GPS data.

Garmin 245 music is not able to connect to GPS. I connect my Garmin to Garmin express, upload to software version 4.00 (17bdab6) but still not working. What should I do?

You are in the wrong forum here, but make sure that you are outdoors when attempting to connect to GPS. It does not work indoors. If you know it, please select the right forum for your device, and post your question there.
