activity tracker reverted back to English while app uses Dutch

Hello,

I started using my vivosmart 3 2 days ago and yesterday the tracker all of the sudden started showing me everything in English. I checked the language settings but Dutch was still marked. The app on my phone does still work perfectly in Dutch. I tried starting up again from the beginning but the same problem occurs.

Is there a way I can fix this? Or should I send it back?

Did you try setting the language back to Dutch? If you do not know how, look up the keyword "Language" in the User Manual and then click the chapter System Settings.

I have tried this several times. Yesterday it reverted back to Dutch automatically after recharging the tracker but today it reverted back to English again in the middle of the day. Changing the language setting does not change anything. Anything else I can try?

Does the device lose other cusom settings as well? Try adjusting diverse settings, and make sure you do not sync it for a day or so (cut the BT, just to avoid the possibility that the settings get synced from GC). If the watch loses all parameters after some time again, it may be indeed a faulty device, and a good reason to exchange it.
