Why are my privacy settings not updating? I have changed my settings to 'everyone' but my activities still have a padlock next to them. I've tried reinstalling the app and restarting the watch and phone but still not updating. There seems to be a few people having this problem...help!

  • Are you speaking about past activities, or about the activites logged after the privacy change? If you mean past activites, then those stay private for obvious reasons. Not all users turning from private to public want to publish also their past activity, hence it has effect only on the new one. You need to change the status for each past activity individually if you really wish doing so. There is even a script for doing so in bulk somewhere here on the forum.
