Unable to use Garmin Connect to add golf courses to my Forerunner 935

I would like to add some courses to my 935, and have tried to follow instructions on Garmin forums and user guides such as:

Which basically states you add the courses through the 'Download Golf Courses' menu item on the left hand side of the Garmin Connect Android App.

Unfortunately this option no longer seems to exist in the latest version of the Garmin Connect App.

How do I add courses then to my watch?

    I have downloaded various courses recently and they then fail to appear on the watch after synching.  The watch either shows a course I have long ago deleted or just a very small selection, excluding my home course, which is very annoying indeed! And sometimes I get a course showing on the watch when I am at home, but when I arrive at the coure, it's vanished.
