Garmin Connect showing daily steps and stair counts but same data is not showing in summary since October 2019 to date

Did you try restarting the app, or the phone? Is the data all right on Garmin Connect Web?

You could also try deleting the Connect app's cache in Android settings, force stop the app, and then restart it.

Tried clearing cache, restart phone as well as app, reinstalled the app and still no change. There is no historic data stored on the app or the website. All my other activities are pulling through but steps, stairs, stress, etc. data not pulling through. Noticed that App Permissions are set to revoked but dont know where to change this. Please advise?

GC Mobile Menu » Settings » Phone Permissions. Also verify Storage & Processing and Device Upload in your Privacy Settings of GC Web

If storage and processing was disabled, then logically the data was not stored and will not reappear, of course. The change has effect only on the data you sync from the watch after the change.

I made last changes yesterday and still not showing any data from yesterday so obviously still not working.

Perhaps you need at least one full day of having the permissions enabled. I'd wait at least one day more before judging.

I'm having this exact issue with my forerunner 645 music. I have tried everything I can think of but nothing has fixed it. It's the same issue with steps, heart rate and sleep recording. Only activities are being recorded properly.
