Garmin Connect shows my data of the day before.

I have a new Venu and however the tracking has no day change. It shows me the correct date and time, but at one point it overlaps with the steps and sleeptime of yesterday. I syncronised and re-started. But I cannot fix the problem.

  • Is your time setting correct? Did not you recently change your location from another time zone? If so, did you make an outdoor activity using the GPS, to give the watch the chance to reset the time and time zone from the GPS satellite?

    Also, I do not quite understand what exactly you mean that the steps and sleeptime overlaps with yesterday. Unless you go to sleep after midnight, it is normal that the sleep is recorded in both days. Any screenshot to demonstrate your problem?
