Transfer of existing data/activities to new smartphone

I got a new smartphone, installed the Garmin Connect app and started synchronising with my Fenix 5 Plus. However, only new activities and data are visible. All the old data is not shown in the app and neither on desktop. The activities are still on my watch, but it doesn't Transfer the Info to the app.

Does anyone know how to synchronise all data combined...?

All your data should just show up, regardless of which phone or which device you're using. This is assuming your old activities were recorded and saved to Garmin Connect. Make sure that when you install the Garmin Connect app you're using the same Garmin account user name that you used on your old phone.

Likely you logged in with a different account.
