No sync vivosmart 4 to samsumg telephone

My vivo smart is up to Date. My Samsung aswell. But the last two days it won't synchronise. My watch works perfectly but the app doesn't show accurate readings, or information about steps, sleep etc at all. I reconnected the Bluetooth etc. But nothimg makes a different. There is this green dot I read about. But that makes no differemce

What  can I do? 

  • Try forcing the app to stop, and clearing the cache in Android Settings » Apps » Connect » Storage. Also check the permissions when you are there.

    You can also try synchronizing over USB to a computer with Garmin Express.
