No info on phone or earphone

With a run i normaly get the info of speed and heartrate on my phone or ear.
I have a samsung A50 phone and cant get it to work.
I did try everything, reinstale the app. Reboot the phone, reboot my forerunner 235, reconect. What els can i do.

I need the info even i run, becourse i have an hartcondition.

Pls help

In Garmin Connect Mobile, tap the icon of your watch, tap Activity Options, tap Audio Prompts, verify the settings. Also check whether all permissions of the Contact app are on.

Does it mean it worked before you started to use Samsung A50? If so, then I would look for the culrpit there. Check the system settings, security applications, permissions, limitations. contact Samsung support, try another phone, and if it turns the issue is with the phone, perhaps changing the phone may be an option.
