Vivoactive 3 music stuck on update

Ive turned my watch off and on and still it only loads half way up the up date bar

If you are updating via Bluetooth and Garmin Connect Mobile, try it with the USB cable and Garmin Express instead

It went into auto update and ended like this

If you cannot start the watch, contact the support. If you can start the watch and can connect via Garmin Express, update via USB cable.
