Are you speaking about the Activities screen, about the My Day screen, or another one? Are the activities logged when you access your account through Garmin Connect Web?
On Connect App or Website. If I choose health stats, activities or other categories it only shows two days, Dec 21 and 22. I know the watch tracked all the info each day because every evening I check the connect app on phone ( main screen) and it shows all my steps, flights of stairs, calories etc.. it's just not logging every day. It hasn't logged anything since the 22nd.
It looks like you did not synchronize your watch with Garmin Connect. Make sure your watch is paired with your phone and connected to Garmin Connect. Alternatively try using Garmin Express and the USB cable for syncing.
What exactly you mean by "logging information"? Where exactly is the data missing? Perhaps posting a screenshot may help understanding your problem. Are you missing some daily stats (like HR, steps, etc.) or are some of the completed activities missing? Are you aware that an activity to be logged, has to be closed and saved from the watch? If you do not save it, it won't be logged, of course.
I'm viewing my stats throughout the day by the connect app on my phone. It shows heart rate, steps, calories, OX, etc. My watch is syncing with the connect app on my phone. I cannot however see any previous stats. For example tomorrow if I try to view what my stats are for today I will not be able to.
If I go back to a previous date it days no data even though my activity was tracked all day like any other day. For some reason I can only view dec 21 and 22.
OK, I see now. In that case, it looks your Garmin Connect either does not have connectivity to the Internet (or perhaps some missing permissions in Android settings >> Apps >> Connect), or the options Storage & Processing and/or Device Upload are not enabled in your profile privacy settings (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/privacySettings)
Ok I checked privacy and security and all is good. Insaw a message in my inbox from the 22nd, which is the last day it logged my activity. The message reads.
"The daily activity data from your fenix 6 Sapphire was not synced because a different device is set as your activity tracker. To change your activity tracker, go to Devices".
Devices is a link but when I click it returns with page not found.
On your phone, in Garmin Connect, tap the icon of your Fenix 6 at the top (if it is there), then Activity Tracking, and turn on the option Preferred Activity Tracker. If Fenix 6 is not there, disconnect the current device, and reconnect the Fenix 6, then make it the preferred tracker if (it is not already).
