Help connecting the phone

I have the vivoactive 3. Having trouble making and receiving calls. I've connected with the garmin connect app. Any suggestions?

First of all I'd check the system permissions for Connect in the Applications submenu of Android settings.

Thank you. I'll give that a try. The app says I'm connected and I gave permission when that cane up

You need to have all permissions enabled like in this screenshot:
