When is the sync problem going to be fixed? Started 12/26.

My garmin connect is not syncing. Started 12/26. Does not pick up sleep or walks or steps.

Same problem here. My wife's Vivofit 3 as OK but my Vivosmart 4 didn't.

On sunday I bought my Forerunner 35 and I'm still trying to sync it to Garmin Connect

Some tips:

check whether Bluetooth of your phone is on, and that your Garmin watch is paired and connected
try turning your phone's Bluetooth off and on again
go to your phone's system settings for the Garmin Connect application and make sure all priviledges are enabled
go to your Garmin Connect account Privacy Settings on the web interface (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/privacySettings) and make sure Device Upload is enabled
you can also check and tune the power saving options for the case your phone turns off Bluetooth too frequently

Try turning both the phone and the watch off. Wait a minute, then turn the phone and the watch again on, and verify that they are paired and connected via Bluetooth. Then try syncing in Garmin Connect.
