Instinct loses connection

I’m not one to check my stats daily. And my watch works as it should. The problem seems to stem from the connect app. On the occasion I go into connect to look at whatever, the app will be at the main setup screen. And no amount of rebooting watch, app, Bluetooth re pairing will correct the issue. I must delete the connect app, reinstall, and resign in while doing the basic setups again.  Sometimes there is no issue. I open connect and the connection is there. Sometimes I open it and I’m at the beginning setup for the watch. At this point I know I just need to delete and reinstall. The watch gives no indication there is an issue. I still receive notifications and weather and there are no errors. But like today, I received A notification on my phone that I’m moving more than normal for a Sunday. So I clicked on the link and when connect opens I’m greeted with the page asking me which watch I have and if I want to look for it in the full lineup of watches. It won’t find my watch, or sync with it if I try to do so. I don’t believe I lose any information otherwise and all my old and new information is there. Any recommendations. It’s frustrating.
