My vivomovehr won't show notifications or play music from my oppo R15. Please help.

I just got a new vivomovehr and I have connected it to my oppo R15 phone and have set all permissions to allow permissions. My daughter got exactly the same Garmin and connected it to her iPhone and she has no issues with receiving notifications. Have tried all options as I said I allowed all permissions and nothing is changing. Please help.

Assume you've connected the vivomove using the setup within the Garmin Connect app and not using the Bluetooth settings of your Android phone.

Yes and still nothing. The phone is showing as connected on the watch but just no notifications showing up.
