Synchronisation not possible since yesterday.

Synchronisation not possible since yesterday.I start the sync on the vivofit 3 but nothing happens. Deactivated and activated the app and disconnected and connected Bluetooth. 

Had problems already from the beginning (24.12.2019). But now nothing syncs anymore. 

I am jot satisfied at all as I just got the vivofit 3 as a present.
