I have a vivoactive 4s which has de-linked from my phone (Samsung 8) for no reason and won't connect.

I have a vivoactive 4s which has de-linked from my phone (Samsung 8) and I can't get it to reconnect to Garmin Connect app. I havn't changed phones or anything it's the same set up. How do I get this to re-connect?
