Open App Settings in Garmin Connect Mobile to Select Country/Region

A message on my watch is appearing: "Open App Settings in Garmin Connect Mobile to Select Country/Region". I cannot find this setting within the app on my Android. I´ve recently reseted my watch and this message appeared a couple of minutes after that. How can I solve this?
