My venu watch doesn't show my WhatsApp notifications

Hi,

I just got my new venu watch (6 days ago), and in the beginning I got notification of calls and WhatsApp messages, But after 3 days I stopped getting WhatsApp messages and didn't change any of the settings neither updated any software (running 3.6.0).

I tried to do as the Q&A said but nothing work (including turning DND off), also I don't connect my watch to the wifi often if that my be related.

Any ideas?

In Mobile Connect check your smart notifications settings for the device. Also check permissions for Connect and for Whatsapp in Android settings.

I did check both but it look OK

I am experiencing the same issue on iphone.

Same with me. It's really disappointing that so called smartwatch cannot show messages...

I have adjusted notification settings on iphone for that particular app and it is ok now.

Same issue. Or I get some notifications but not from everyone.
