Garmin vivo active 3 connected to phone. However, connect app does not recognize after trying multiple times. Trouble shooting all things already checked..

Can u help, so that garmin connect app can recognize vivo active 3? ?

Currently, watch is connected with phone via bluetooth, but connect app can not recognize the same..

Check and confirm at earliest, as dynchronization also does not work due to this.

I'm also having this issue. The app says 'device connection error' when I try and re-connect the watch

Try long-pressing the watch in the app and udate the the connection if it will allow it. If not, perhaps removing the device and adding back again will fix it.

É Uma vergonha o que se passa entre equipamentos garmin e telefones huawei. Estou farto, sou fã da garmin mas com respeito ao vivoactive 3 e sua conexão é um lixo.
