Can't re-install Garmin Connect app on new Galaxy Note 10+??

Hi,

I have just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ phone and I have been trying to get it to connect to my Edge 810 with no success.

Firstly I did manage to get the two paired but then they just wouldn't connect. I tried deleting the phone again (3rd time) on the 810 and also the 810 from the phone, rebooted both but still (although paired), they do not connect. This meant that when I opened up the Garmin connect app, I could see the 810 listed as a device but it just said disconnected and therfore won't sync any data.

I decided to delete the app from the phone (as it was installed from a previous Samsung Galaxy phone backup) and try re-installing it. Now when I try to install it, it simply gets to 58% of 57.06MB and doesn't go any further??

The 810 has recently had the latest update to v6.30.0.0 and the phone is running Android v9.

Please let me know what I can do to get this all working as I use the Edge via Garmin Connect pretty much every day

Thanks

    finally go there.

I left the app to download to 24 hours which then let me open it up and delete the Edge 810 already registered on it. Once deleted, I re-paired with my 810 and now everything works ok.
