Heart rate measuring does not stop

If I take off the vivoactive 4 on evening before shower, the heart rate does not stop (green flashing lights are working in a fast rate). Only a new start of the watch helps for this bug. I think this is often after tracking an activity (GPS on,...)

Everyone else the same problem?

I got my new vivoactive 4 last week. Yesterday evening the same problem. After new start with approx. 85% accu capacity I put it on a table and next morning accu was nearly empty - 3%.

I also had this problem twice time, nearly full accu, after some hours nearly empty. The first time, I think there was a problem with the Wi-Fi connection, "Connect to Wi-Fi" was still in progress... Second time as you, over night nearly empty accu.??

The same, and it does not depend on a previous activity. Last firmware (3.6), factory reset, no garmin pay, and the problem is always there. For the moment, no answers/solutions from Garmin after contacting them.
