My Garmin connect daily heart rate problem

Garmin Connect has recently started showing my daily heart rate as a flat line rather than the normal graph, even though my activity heart rate graphs are ok. (see image)

Anyone got any ideas on how to resolve this?

The daily HR and the activity HR are being transmitted from the device to Garmin Connect in two different files, so it can happen if the daily HR file from the folder //GARMIN/Monitoring/ is corrupted, or does not land in your account due to a problem with the account/device association.

The corruption of the monitoring file is not very likely, because the file is being deleted and recreated daily, so normally it would resolve itself the next day.

For the other case have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing , it may help.

Have you solved automatically the day after? Update: Solved with a reboot. I’m on Forerunner 55
