My Garmin vivosmart 4 didn't count my steps in my activity it did sync the distance. Does anyone know why this would be?? When I returned home it had logged on my watch but 2 second later it was gone steps basically went back to 0
The only time that has ever happened to me was when my watch crashed. Did you happen to notice a vibration or a Garmin triangle in the display as you were saving the activity?
