My vivosmart 4 is connected to my phone, but wont sync while I am traveling in France. Doesn't seem to work with time zone changes. Bluetooth is connected and my phone has good internet connection.

  • It nas to be a time zone issue. In years past, people used to have problems syncing when switching between standard and daylight savings time. I suggest you make sure that there are no inconsistencies in all the elements of your system (watch, phone, connect web).

    There were even issues when watches were set manually and the time was off by a minute or 2.

    This reply is not helpful. Do you have a clue how it is supposed to work with timezone changes - any procedure if app doesn't have functionality to handle what must be common thing?

  • Make sure your phone, watch, Connect profile, and device settings all say the same thing fir time zone. That's the best I can do for you.
