I have a multi-step workout I've created in the mobile Connect app.
There may be steps
1 warm up
2 run 10 mins @ x pace
3 run 10 mins @ y pace
4 recover
5 run 10 mins with no target
...
Problem is, if for example if I have a target on step 2, it says how far 'behind' I am on step 3, without starting afresh if that makes sense (or is that a separate thing, unrelated to workouts?).
What I would like, is for each step to be completely independent of the previous step ?
