All-day heart rate chart no longer available in app or on website

Both the app (updated two days ago) and the website (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/daily-summary/2019-11-16/heartRate) stopped showing the all-day heart rate chart after November 15th, for no apparent reason.

Both the watch and the app still display the current heart rate. The wristwatch correctly displays the little "1 Hr" chart.

I'm having the same issue. No longer getting all day tracking.

I’ve just noticed the same thing. I have a Forerunner 245 and instead of the heart rate chart, I see “Sync your device to see today’s timeline”. All other data syncs fine, and I can even see the average HR data via Garmin Connect AND see the full HR chart on the watch itself.

I’ve only had my 245 about 3 weeks and it syncs without any errors, and Garmin Connect was definitely showing the full HR chart until recently...possibly until the last Garmin Connect update. I’ve powered both my iPhone and the Forerunner off/on but with no success.

I have the exact thing for my heart rate chart. It shows up on the desktop site but not the app. What’s even weirder is that it doesn’t show it for days prior that it used to. Must be a recent bug.

I found this problem last night too...
