My VO2max is dropping ever since a started running. Is the algorithm correct? Did something go wrong with the adjustment to the metric system?

Is the watch new? I think the watch gives a rather high Vo2max estimate in the beginning. Vo2 max value generates from running when starting a activity, starting a walking activity on the watch, starting a bike activity but only if one have a powermeter on it. So if You have not done any of thoose activities before and have a Vo2max that are based on other garmin calculation that is probably not so accurate as the new one better calculated vo2max from running. Just speculating.

Le Fc sur garmin est beaucoup plus élevé que l'appareil de mesures de tension et fc ordinaire quand sur garmin par exemple est140 sur l'appareil de tension le fc est 85

    Merci
