F3HR Invalid_id_unit

Hi, I have an issue with my fenix 3 HR sapphire it seems cant be recognized by Connect and also by Garmin Express. Tryed All troubleshooting methoods you suggets on website, but problem not solved yet. The ID number is 4294967295. Thank you for your help

Yes, I ve done it. Can you confirm that is a server error and not a device issues?
