Garmin Pay lost card in wallet after Garmin Connect App update

Hello,

After Garmin Connect update to version 4.24.2 wallet was reset and cards lost in watch and Connect app.

Buy trying to add card, running men is shown for few sec and then returns to the add card screen.

Tried multiple times (more that 30) without success. Its getting annoying .

Hope to get solution, because adding card for the previous update requires multiple times to add card until the data entry form was displayed, but this time its totally off.

Finally got it resolved. Switched phone main language to English (US) and then adding card was possible. After adding and confirming switched back to my native language. The card is still there!

The same issue here. Just purchased second hand Vivoactive 3 and not able to add card for Pay. Just returns to add card screen. On Android 9 and Vivoactive 3.

There are a number of threads about this in the VA3 and other sub-forums. The solution which worked for me was to delete the Connect app's cache, uninstall Connect, reboot, and reinstall Connect. That worked for others too.

Try actually deleting the wallet first; then clear cache; then uninstall/reinstall.

Good idea, but actually I was wrong in the definition of problem. After the update the whole wallet was deleted and was not present at first start of app. Afterwards the cache deletion, data removal from device, reinstallation, restart was performed, but it does not help. It just look that connection request to wallet instance is refused or exited because of timeouts.

Thanks! This approach worked immediately! But its very weird :(

This is a bug to be resolved.
