I have removed my G20 watch from my Mac after updating; unfortunately I removed the device before disconnecting it on the laptop. It has now frozen , it's completely locked, I can't power down or do anything . Help please

I have removed my G20 watch from my Mac after updating; unfortunately I unplugged the device before disconnecting it on the laptop. It is now completely locked up , I can't power down or do anything, the battery sign etc remains on the screen.

Help please.
