Hi,
I was wondering if Connect is effectively giving me 'double points' for my exercise?
It seems my Steps continue to be counted during an Activity. Does this result in them being counted and adjusting the calories I burn off during an Activity, and counting them again for my step count and adjusting my calories a second time?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, fairly new to all this, I'm starving and I just want a bar of chocolate
