Amazon Music (Forerunner 945) - Can't Delete, Sync, or Turn Volume Up

Music controls (volume only goes down) on headset don't work, playlist won't sync, app will not allow deletion.

When will these issues be fixed?

Amazon music app has not functioned correctly from day 1.
