An error occurred message

I can't provide a review of someone else's activity When I type the information and try to post, I get the error message: "an error occurred"

+1 Here same problem...Not nice...always have to start the pc to give other a comment. Did empty cache ,reinstalled app nothing helps. You can give a like but no comment

Having same problems. I can't comment on my activity or somesom elses! Is there a Garmin rep reading this that can provide much advise?

Same and I asked about it last week still nothing done about this, getting really really annoyed. The person said she sent an error report but didn't really seem to care tbh.

Same problem here. I can't send any comments on activities or challenges. Web or app doesn't matter. How can I reach the support?
