Garmin Pay suddenly not working

Hi All, 

i have been using Garmin VIVO Active 3 for over a year, no major problem so far. And it works with my Garmin Pay as well. But for some reason, the card gone missing last week, so i try to add it back and it won't allow me to add back as well. On the Garmin Pay page (on the apps), it said connect your watch via bluetooth and try to add the card again, but the thing is.. have already connected and when i returned to the main Garmin Connect page (it is also stated Garmin connected)... 

Anybody having the same issue? 

My phone is Samsung S10.

    A mí me pasa lo mismo con mi Huawei mate 20x, estuve utilizando sin problemas el garmin pay cuando me lo compré este año,y hace 3 meses que no puedo pagar con el.  Me han dicho los de Garmin que es una incidencia y que están trabajando para solucionarlo.

  • Hi! I solved similar trouble with my Vivoactive 3. Everything worked fine but once simply stopped working - i enter passcode, card appears on the screen but shop terminal does not react on it. My solution was: 1) hard-rebbot the watch by holding the button long 2) delete all bank cards and enter them again in Garmin Connect mobile app. And it workes again just fine!

  • Thank you. Had same issue and this worked for me as well. Hold 15 seconds for reboot of watch and add card(s) to the mobile app. Tedious procedure and still unclear why it had dropped. But I am ready to shop again - oh no, all stores are closed due to a virus ??!!

  • I'm having a similar issue on S10, latest Garmin Connect app. I have 3 cards present in my Garmin Wallet but when I try to access any of them I get error message "Configuration error, try again" I already did a reset (15s) of the watch, cleared cache of Garmin Connect app on my phone but I'm still not able to add/change/remove any of the cards in the wallet. Has someone experienced a similar issue and fixed it?
