I can't find the custom workout

Hi, I received a beautiful Venu as a gift:
Forgive my translated English.
I'm new and would like to know where I find the Workouts created with "Custom" (little man with open arms).
In Training selections, select "Custom" in "Create a Workout" with the name "Test" and synchronize, but I can't find the activity on the Clock that is associated with that Training.
In the manual I obviously find the NOTE:
Only workouts that are compatible with the selected activities are displayed in the list.
What am I doing wrong?

Custom workouts should be available in activity profiles of the custom type (actually it is usually called "Other").
