I purchased my new forerunner 945 in late July. It has been since 4 weeks now that my watch does not count/sync/display the steps properly. However, the watch seems to transfer the steps to my Garmin Connect account. The steps should be 21.000 for example and my watch only shows 1000. I restarted the watch many times, it has the newest software, I also cancelled the watch from my account and added it to my account again. The issue still persists. The same problem is with intensity minutes. What can I do? I never experienced this problem with any Garmin watch/tracker before.
