You can try the third-party tool "FitnessSyncer". Other than that, no idea.
Garmin offers an API, so any 3rd party service provider can plug into it, and exchange data with Garmin. So ask the authors of the "healthy 365" if they suport the data exchange. If they do, ask them for activation instructions. The 3rd party applications are then visible at the bottom of the page https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation, where you can then approve or deny/disconnect them.
