    I'm having the same issue. I have re-added my card details as well and it worked well briefly. Then went to pay for something and it came up as wallet empty again. So this dropping of my card has happened to me twice since mid this week.

    Thank you, I wanted to wait for a solution first before I change anything. Hopefully it will be resolved fast. 

  • Which version of the Android app are you using?

    I had a problem with 4.23. I not only lost my card details but also the Garmin Pay menu option. When 4.23.1 came out, I deleted the app cache uninstalled 4.23 and reinstalled 4.23.1. The app is 4.24.x now.

    The menu option returned and I've used it 2X successfully since.

    I have 4.24.1 since the problem started. I reinstalled Garmin, but unfortunately the watch still says that the wallet is empty. Must be a updateproblem. Hopefully Garmin does something about it.
