I have a garmin 220 and a samsung 10e. I ran the munich marathon but ny watch wont upload the run to the app. Is it something to do with data settings being abroad?

I have a garmin 220 and a samsung 10e. I ran the munich marathon but my watch wont upload the run to the app. Is it something to do with data settings being abroad?

The sync wheel does spin round and goes to complete but nothing uploads.

I would love to see an answer. I occasionally come across the same problem.

Most likely the activity file is corrupt and garmin connect does not accept it. Connect the watch to a computer using a cable, and try uploading the file manually to garmin connect. If this fails, then another option is posting the file here, and perhaps someone will be able to take a look at it and attempt a fix.
