Swimming activities no longer uploading Vivoactive to garmin connect and all swimming activities have dissappeared

Yesterday my swimming activity wouldn't upload when synching with my vivoactive but still displayed on the watch. Today I noticed all the swimming activities have now dissappeared from Garmin connect app.all other info seems fine and other activities are still uploading without a problem to the app though. Anyone have a fix?

  • I have the same issue with my forerunner 935; since this week, it does not sync any swimming activity, event though the swimming activity is in the history of the watch. Alll other activities are being sync with no problem. Any suggestions?

  • After I posted this I ended up losing all my activity data on the app for the past 12 months. So I ended up trying all sorts of fixes such s pairing and unpairing my watch. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning off and restarting both devices etc. Nothing seemed to work until 2 days later and now all my activities are back again. (with the exception of that 1 swimming) Today's swim logged as normal too on the watch and app. I imagine I just had a glitch that had to work itself out as no fix actually worked except time. 

  • Thanks for the reply; I have also try all sort of reset/ rebooth/ uninstall/ reistall/ switch from phone (on andriod) to tablet (also on andriod).

    Tomorrow is my swim day, lets see if it work.Fingers crossed
